Return & Refund Policy
Product Return Conditions
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if they meet the following conditions:
- Physically damaged, missing parts or accessories, defective, or different from the description on the product page.
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- Returned in original condition, including box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and accessories.
Return Process
You may return a product under the following guidelines:
- If unused and returned within 10 days of delivery in its original packaging.
- Contact customer care if you discover any damage upon opening the packaging.
- Products damaged while in use do not qualify for refund or replacement (address product warranty with the respective brand).
Courier Collection
We arrange for the return through courier collection if:
- You contact our Customer Care within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Our team collects the product from your delivery address and provides a docket number for future reference.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected. The refund process depends on your payment method:
- Credit Card/Net-Banking refunds are credited to the original payment account.
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 working days.
Note: We are not responsible for delays in credit to your cardholder's account, as that is managed by your issuing bank.
