Cancellation Policy

At VIKI FURNITURE, we understand that you may need to cancel your order for various reasons. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@vikifurniture.com.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you may still be able to return the order for a refund once you have received it. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more information.

Note: Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refunds.

Cancellation by VIKI

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system error, VIKI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

If a product is ordered that is not serviceable to the customer’s location due to system errors, VIKI shall also have the right to cancel the order, unless it has already been dispatched.

Refund Policy

If your payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money to the same account. Typically, refunds are processed in less than 7 working days.

Note: We shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account, as this is managed by the issuing bank. In case of a delay, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their bank.
